For over 60 years, Cartozian Fine Carpets and Rugs has been providing the highest quality designer flooring and custom design services. Our emphasis is on quality, which we believe is much more important than quantity. In 1938, Cartozian moved its facility from Seattle to our current Tacoma sight on the corner of 34th and G Street. During this time, the business dealt primarily with "loose lay" or area rugs as "wall to wall" carpeting was uncommon.

In the 50s wider looms were invented and Cartozian was at the forefront working with the manufactures in the industry. We have maintained many of these partnerships for over 40 years. For example, Cartozian carpet is one of the oldest Karastan dealers on the West Coast. We have continually sought out the best quality products with the best design to insure our customer's homes always were the talk of their neighborhoods.

Over the years we continually added new products as they became available and demanded so that our current selection not only includes our luxurious carpets and area rug selections, but also tile, hardwoods, vinyl, linoleum and laminate flooring selection.
